Great place to live! HOA does not act in a petty way yet still maintains a beautiful community. The rates are very reasonable in a day and age where HOA fees can be out of control. Highly recommend this community!

If you like to live in a good place without being bothered by the association all the time, even the established rules contribute to your happiness, this is the place for you!. Other than that; It is a natural relaxing community full of different birds and fish in the nice lake for your beautiful view especially in the afternoon when the sun goes down.

The place could be wonderful to live in IF they were a little more consistent and fair. Some properties are allowed what some are not, like swings, decks, decor past their property line etc, while others they restrict from that for no particular reason. There should always be a fair level of understanding when it comes to rules, since not all people live a 9am-5pm. You can not walk your dog on the lake is also another one of those silly rules that really does not allow you to enjoy the lake as much as you should.

Older blond lady in the office was extremely disconcerting and rude. Based on the interaction with her I would never consider living here. As a potential renter and now buyer, I always visit the office as a “guest” to see how they treat people. I received an extremely unfriendly and discriminatory attitude, which told me all I needed to know. This is NOT a place for me, my family or guest. Based on other reviews I’ve read, they have a history of biased treatment. Allowing some residents to “get away with” things and others are reprimanded.

I'm very happy living here. Jan and Bonita are great. Everyone that works with the assoc. is on site. Any issues get resolved quickly. My opinion it's a great neighborhood without the high maintenance fees. Thank You all for such great work. Nelson Rockefeller

I love Cedarwoods! Best place to live! Buying a property here was the best decision!!!! HOA is low and they use the $ to do everything to keep the community nice and clean! Love my Home and community ?

Jan is the greatest HOA person I've ever met. She's very helpful and compassionate. She has a gorgeous dog that greets ya.
