Quick, efficient and friendly. It can (pun intended) get busy at times. Can bags are also offered for sale if you happen not to have any on the spot. That alone has saved me a couple times.

Normally I'd give 5 stars. Not today. It's a Friday and it happened again. Got there at 3:36. They close at 4. A sign on the door said they closed at 2 today. Said they didn't take a lunch break. About 7 vehicles pulled up in the few minutes I was there.
Is there anyway you can post it on your website if you are closing early ? This seems to be a Friday afternoon issue. I live downtown. Quite a drive out. Waste of gas.
But I have to say, the staff is wonderful here. Always friendly and helpful.
I give the staff 10 stars.

Their hours are pretty wild for people who are just trying to get their state mandated bottle deposits back… almost as if they’d rather just take the bulk deposit payments from the grocery stores while discouraging the actual redemption of those same cans/ bottles

Analyze certain cans instead of throwing them away. Lazy!! typical dbq other towns. They do it. Waste our time. Rude!

Everyone is always very polite and helpful. If it is busy there is the option to leave your cans etc. and come back the following week to get the money. I love that!!
I always leave a tip because I believe that they put up with some really ignorant people. Thanks for doing a great job.

Update. They refused to take my cans because of this liquid. I offered to pop a hole at the bottom of the bag and drain it. I further explained that at their request the previous time I was there, I rinsed the cans and that little bit of water is just water from rinsing the cans. One particular woman said no. They won't take any of the cans even if I drain the bag. Woman claimed is Shannon, the owner.

2022 July update - I had a couple of muddy cans after a rain storm. They told me in a tone an adult would yell at a child they're not going to take any of my cans if they're dirty next time and they kept and didn't redeem the dirty ones. It also appears they didn't redeem some cans that were dented. I was wearing heavy gloves and the moment I took them off one of the employees forced me to take a sticky bag with my bare hand after telling them I don't want it. Some other employees witnessed and they were smiling like the situation was funny.

They were mad and yelled at me in a disrespectful tone because the cans were wet and dirty

Only take certain cans. No high life. Every can was rinsed before bagged so it’s not like they were gross. Said limit was 500. Took about 100 cans and said come back tomorrow. Waste of time. Gonna recycle them from now on. They were at least polite.
