Their prices are outrageous and keep going up. The “distribution and service charges” are highway robbery. I am paying $200+ in fees for $100 in gas use every month, not including gas electric charges and taxes. This is before the rate increase coming this month. I’ve never had a bill over $300 under Vectren and now my bill is $500 for a family of 2.

Horrible reliability and we can't report the outage because their site is also horrible. AND we have the highest energy rates in the state. AND they give me less than 4 cents per kwh for the solar electricity I push to them. Google needs zero stars as a rating because they don't deserve one star.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. We have been getting charged for an apartment we moved out of almost two years ago. Center-point refuses to do anything.

I’m always having outages ever since CenterPoint has taken over from Vectren. The amount of money that I pay every month just to have 3-4 outages a month is absolutely atrocious.

All automated. With the new setup no more miss communication if you call from a phone in regular use for their service no linguistic misshapes just yes or no. Just hope the operators can keep their jobs for you can't sale a car to a robot. But it can eliminate waiting logs if it is a quick call.

I hope all of the worst things in life happen to the leadership at Centerpoint. It's greedy people working for a greedy company. Indiana republicans have truly screwed us all. Eric Holcomb is soft on them because their checks clear. He's selling us to these monsters for cheap.

After a tree had fallen on our electric line, we have been experiencing some occasional flickering lights. We didn't think much about, it got bad over the last few days. We were so uncertain who to call for this problem and feared how involved and costly it might be to fix. We called Center Point to see if they had any recommendations on who might be able to fix this for us. It was the Saturday of the holiday weekend. I was so surprised when I was instantly connected with a customer service representative. He was so kind and helpful. He told me he would send in the report and someone would be out. I expected a lengthy wait, but the man from Center Point arrived about 20 minutes after my call. He took one look and knew exactly what needed to be done. In about 15 minutes our line was back up and our power was completely restored. I am so thankful for how prompt you are when responding to customers. I am also so thankful for both of these men and their knowledge, skills and helpfulness. We so appreciate the wonderful service we received today and we just wanted to say thank you! You are amazing!
