Diana in customer service is very rude. Trying to tell her what service I needed and she sighs very loudly sounded annoyed then asked me what number is in my account for them to call me back and I was trying to explained to her that it is my husband number on the account and not mine but she gets irritated and says loudly WHAT NUMBER DO YOU WANT THEM TO CALL YOU BACK!....Hopefully caec can find a better person for customer service.

I'd like to share my appreciation for the line crew who worked in the howling wind and rain last night to restore our power. I was surprised to see them working in those conditions but I'm very proud of them. Job well done!

Been waiting on my internet service to be installed since 10/06/2020 today is 10/27/2020 still nothing.? TODAY IS 12/1/2020 TALKED TO CENTRAL ALABAMA ELECTRIC TODAY AND WAS TOLD THAT THE SCHOOL VOUCHER WAS NO GOOD BECAUSE CENTRAL ALABAMA ELECTRIC HAD WAITED TO LONG TO INSTALL MY EQUIPMENT ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO I CALL AND PUT A WORK ORDER IN AND TODAY THE LADY TOLD ME IT WAS BECAUSE THEIR BILLINNG CYCLE HAD CAME AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF IT EVEN THOUGH THE VOUCHER DOESN'T EXPIRE UNTIL 12/31/2020. I think the reason is because they don't want to install my equipment I am not sure why but it was to help my children with their online education during this pandemic. SHAME ON CENTRAL ALABAMA ELECTRIC OUR KIDS MATERTER?
