I love this Electric Company in Cross City, they've always been polite, & helpful.. I have only ONE complaint.. Their phones don't work over HALF of the times I attempt to call them, it rings 2-3 times than.. NOTHING.. NO PERSON, NO RECORDING, NOTHING BUT SILENCE!!! I know it's not my phone/ service because I've used other people's phones, it's been this way for 5 years now.. can call next day & it works, or couple hours after original call, it works.. ONE MORE THING.. The website says BANK under their title CENTRAL FLORIDA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE. I will ALWAYS make this my go to electric located in Cross City, as I'm only 15 min away, but for many other GREAT reasons too. They have the BEST employees, sincere, polite, will take the time to help you, no matter how busy, ive never been rushed.
