I have loved my apartment from day one. It is a beautiful space! The neighbors have not always been great and the management and owners have changed several times since we moved in seven and a half years ago.
Recently, our air stopped working. We called early in the morning and were quickly promised that someone would be there to fix the problem. Later in the morning I was called at work but couldn’t answer the phone. Both my husband and I called several times during the day only to be sent right to voicemail. Apparently the office was closed for training. So no one was available to assist us. We will spend the night without air. This is bad business. You can’t ignore your customers so you can train you employees. Also, no air is not something you should ignore. The office needs to do better about answering their phones and getting back with their customers. This is not the first time our phone calls have been unanswered.

No one came to do pets control, I have ants all over my kitchen I have been in the office 3 times in the last 2 month asking them, if they can come to clean the outside that there is garbage’s water all over the floor which attract the ants inside my apartment they told that they are giving priority to the damage due to the hurricane…. But I ask them 2 weeks before the hurricane and still nothing… now I have to pay full of rent for a place that it is dirty. By the way the water is not my it is from my neighbor’s garbage. Give them one star because I have to

Why is 0 stars not an option? The entire process has been horrible. The office is an absolute mess. They do not know if they’re coming or going. I am still shocked that I am living here. Had I not needed a place to stay so soon I would have went somewhere else. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful clean “show” apartment. The day that we were supposed to move in, the place was filthy. We were told we were just too particular. We were also told that we were the 7th renters for this unit which got me thinking - this property is turning people every year it has been here. Why aren’t people staying? It makes senses now. Just note- it is too much to ask to move into a clean unit. Take a look at the photos and videos. This is AFTER they had someone come out and clean a SECOND time. The video is the mop water after one mop in the guest bathroom. The photo of the pile of dirt is after one vacuum in the guest bedroom. Again, this is after the apartment was “cleaned” twice. This was them going “above and beyond” I would hate to see other units where folks aren’t able to inspect before they sign a lease. The photo of the roach, is, well, just a roach hanging out in my shower.

Don’t get sold on the “security” either. Gates on both sides of the property have been broken since I moved in a month ago. I could go on and on and on. Extremely dissatisfied, angry, and overwhelmed that we are stuck in a dump for 1 year. I am not being nasty, these are the facts, with photos as proof. 0/10 recommend. Go across the street to Lakeland Grand.

This was the most amazing apartment complex I have been to in awhile and it wasn’t because of the ambience of the facility it was because of JAMES! He was amazing during our tour and provided so much information to us. James was honest and so professional at his job, this guy knows what he is doing! He explained everything to us about our new home and what to expect. He was fantastic. We had a few hiccups but he got them taken care of immediately. This place is the way to go! Get james for your tour guide and go to him for your questions!!!

Came to visit Lakeland for the first time and the community stood out from the road so I had to stop in. Patricia, The Community manager was so friendly when she greeted me; I was supper excited to tour the amenities. Clubhouse was so nice and clean! She even had snacks!

Marcelo was absolutely amazing. My microwave door stopped functioning and would not close. My son lives in the microwave since we are not at the stage of using a stove yet. We also needed new sliding glass door blinds. During that week the maintenance staff was helping with fire alarm/sprinkler checks in all the apartments so I figured maintenance wouldn't show till the next week but Marcelo showed the very next day after the checks were completed and took care of both requests and explained what the issues were. He was very polite and made sure that we knew to reach back out to him if the issue with the microwave happened again.

I would also like to note that my son is very hyperactive and loves to give hugs, I know that is not for everyone but Marcelo was so sweet with him as my kid talked his ear off and kept jumping next to him. My son got his hug and kept thanking him for the microwave.

Big shout out to the office staff who called me about the maintenance crew trying to enter the apartment at that time. They always reach out to make sure I am able to be home. I know it is nothing to pick a phone up and call to let me know about maintenance trying to enter but they don't have to as it is on the tenant to make sure the maintenance staff are able to enter when they show up so I am very appreciative of the effort they give. Thank you guys!
