As an independent consultant/sales person, Shambavi was very effective in her role.Due to her I bought 37 solar panels, a Span control panel, solar batteries and the Enphase energy system. She made me a believer in solar power. In that role, Shambavi needed to be able to analyze, communicate, provide empathy, have listening skills, have resilience and be creative and adaptable. She has those skills in spades. To me, she deserves a five-star rating.

In the late summer of 2023, I was introduced to her at the Food Coop in Fredericksburg VA. As I was interested in solar power, she followed through and made an appointment to talk with me. We met four times and each time I asked numerous questions about the process of solar power. If I had been her, I would have given up on me, as I asked so many questions. Each time I would have more questions. Each time she listened intently, communicated well and persevered.

We planned one design but due to cost we had to redesign. Due to her creativity, she was able to adapt our plan to another very effective design which cost me less. She took extra care to understand my priorities.

We had many problems and several serious setbacks with our project. When I couldn’t get answers from the various companies, I would call on Shambavi for an assist. Her communications helped rectify some of the issues.

Shambavi said she will continue to assist me with any concerns dealing with my solar system.

Shambavi consistently delivers high-quality work, which contributed to the project success.
