Doug was professional and he gave me insight to my new home system.

I'm excited to continue using this company to work in my heating and air systems. I felt like they are knowledgeable and give me input so that I can maintain my system by myself. They aren't looking for the next dollar. They are looking to give you the best understanding of what is needed. I'm happy to pay for them to come help me even through they share the knowledge they have. 10/10 recommend.

Amazing service! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional and the quality of work is top-notch! We had Sonny come to inspect our AC unit which wasn't blowing cold air. He thoroughly examined everything and took the time to explain the issues in a way I could understand. I wanted an estimate to clean my air ducts. Sonny arrived exactly when he said he would. Great communication! He was very thorough determining if I needed my ducts cleaned. He was honest and said I didn’t need it, but suggested things that would help with my air flow and dust issues. Also fixed a small issue I had on one of my units at no extra charge. You won’t find a more honest and professional guy! Do not hesitate to use Chad’s AC Direct! Everyone I spoke with setting up the appointment to Sonny coming to my house was professional and so nice! This company knows how to treat their customers!

Sonny was professional and thorough in his evaluation of our system. He wore shoe coverings to protect our floors. He explained the issues, showed us how he checked our system, showed us the issues he discovered, inspected the inside and outside units and went into the attic. We asked for a quote on a new system, and he initially sought to fix our existing unit to save us money. We ultimately needed a new unit and he recharged ours so we could get a few more days out of it until the new one could be installed. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Chad’s and Sonny!

I called them on the weekend and within an hour they had someone at my house fixing my AC! Doug was excellent, he showed/educated me on what was wrong, explained what likely caused it and gave tips for how to avoid future repairs. The price was unbeatable, especially for such the timeliness and quality of the service!!
