Service was disconnected halfway through our move into the house with no notice. Called to set up an account and have it turned back on and they won’t send anyone out for 7 days!!! I have a newborn and a 5 year old in home and now have no access to running water for a week. They have a technician available to cut the water but not one to turn it back on And their customer service could careless. I’d understand disconnect due to an unpaid bill but we just need to start services with them. The fact that they are okay with leaving a family (including a baby with health issues) without water is mind blowing. I hate that we have no other options.
