These people are scammers on Groupon. I spent a $138.00 for with Groupon for services with this company. When I attempted to schedule an appointment the response I received was that they had no available appointments for 6 months. Because they had no appointments for 6 months my Groupon expired and they would not Respond to my request for a refund. The BBB was notified, but this company is not BBB certified. Groupon was notified but they said they gave me a voucher. I filled a complaint with the BBB on Groupon about this matter and was informed that Groupon is not BBB certified either. The Scammers are winning and they don’t even have to do any services. I had to put a star ⭐️ to leave this message but these people really need to put in jail for scamming people out of their hard earned money. When I tried to just contact them there whole contact domain is for sale now; WOW 🤯. Be careful people they might move there locations, but they are the same scammers 🥲

Got microblading services. I am very happy with the results so far. Alexis is a wonderful technician. She definitely puts her customers first, which is not something I see alot these days. I will be going for a follow up visit in about 6 weeks, and I am looking forward to seeing the final results. All in all, very happy with my decision.

I’ve been getting fillers for a long time. I’ve never tried the pen so I was super curious to see how different it’d be than my normal Juvederm injection,btw Alexis immediately knew what kind of injections I had prior to me even stating,If that doesn’t speak knowledge I’m not sure what does! I was about 10/15 minutes late AND I had my little one. 10/10 recommend! Alexis is amazing! Excited to come back in 2 weeks. Super sweet, very knowledgeable and understanding! Takes pride in her patients, work & work place! I’ll recommend to everyone!

I purchased service with a Groupon and scheduled an appt. They asked for my groupon info and I gave it before services were rendered.(Big Mistake) My appt was canceled not once but twice. I phoned Groupon to request a refund but was told the groupon had been used by Glam Factory. I tried repeatedly to call GF but was never able to speak to someone. I left several messages. I would not recommend this place as I was told by the manager, after a year that I would get a $100 gift card but never received it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! PERIOD!

The office manager is very professional, ethical, on point and polite. Alexis is amazing I am a client for life!! She is so knowledgeable walks you through every process & takes her time with you like you are the only one and she doesn’t push things on you. She is very professional a total boss but it’s got such an amazing gentle spirit she genuinely cares about each and every client and that is very rare in a greedy world. I promise you will not regret a visit to this establishment I can’t wait to go back. It’s very important to support local business!

FIVE OUTTA 5!!! Just had an amazing experience here. As a Licensed Cosmetologist, I’m very picky of where I go for cosmetic services. They met, and exceeded all my expectations! Angie and Alexis were both very professional and personable. I received the teeth whitening, and lip enhancement procedure, which both came out FANTASTIC!!! The spa is warm, chic, and inviting. Can’t wait to go back for more procedures!!! Thanks again ladies 💕!!!

Visited one week ago, and had another appointment today. Terrific customer service and vast knowledge of skincare and body sculpting therapies. Not only is Alexis highly educated in her field, she is professional and skilled with the newest technologies/machinery/tools available. Her personality is icing on the cake. She is kind and sweet and friendly. I would deal with the time and travel involved in patronizing someone who I believe stands above the rest, however I’m lucky enough to be in the same town. I try very hard to support small business owners in my neighborhood so very happy to have CGF in my hometown. Alexis and her business checks all the boxes for me. Highly highly recommended!
