I hired Tom on recommendation from a friend to insulate a large family room that had been gutted to studs. Really appreciated Tom coming out in person to see the site and estimate scope and cost. On initial install, there was an issue after the crew had left. Upon hearing that I wasn't satisfied, they re-dispatched a crew to make it right the very next day. I am very happy with the results, and am happy to have made this investment in my home. Marla was great to work with, and the crew lead James was extremely courteous, professional, and conscientious in our home.

When I had question on a home DIY attic insulation project I was working on, I called Chicago Green Insulation because I heard they were the best at doing this type of work. I had such a positive experience with Tom and Chicago Green Insulation. He came to our home and took the time to really investigate and talk to us about the insulation issues we are facing. Tom and his team of installers were incredibly responsive to my request of having the job complete before I moved and the schedule was tight. Tom was extremely helpful and talked us out of spending money with him on a fix that would have minimal impact. He came out and provided advice on something that would not cost us anything and was extremely professional and exhibited extraordinary integrity. When and if we need to hire an insulator it will be Tom. He’s honest and knows that he’s doing!

Tom, the owner, came to my house for an inspection after my roof had suffered hail damage. I was concerned that our insulation needed attention. So kind and polite. He removed his shoes when he came in so as to not dirty the floor and it got better from there. He thoroughly examined our attic insulation and told me not to spend a penny on it. He also reviewed my thermostat settings for the Humidifier. Should be kept between 30 and 40. Then he left and charged us nothing for visit.....all on a Saturday morning. What a great and honest man
