Had a very good experience with Chico Electric. They came out and installed a new junction for my pool light, ran new wire for previously installed and corroded wire to my post light for driveway. Also corrected and rewired some exterior lights that were improperly wired. Everything works great and an estimate from another electric company ended with them saying that the exterior lights would need to be entirely redone and would be "thousands of dollars". I would definitely recommend Chico Electric and will use them again in the future.

Excellent service. Able to come to the house much sooner than I had anticipated. Service rep was exactly on time. Very polite and professional and took care of the issue quickly. Nothing but great things to say about Chico Electric. From scheduling and estimates with Aaron, to the installation process with Peter, everyone went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly and to the highest level of expectation. The work turned out great, was done in the quoted time, and was a very fair price. Thankful to have them for any future work needed.

I called to get an estimate to upgrade my electrical panel in order to support a future pool, the guy came out and made it sound like a huge ordeal to do this upgrade and then asked if I still wanted an estimate, I told him yes. He never gave me one and when I called to inquire on when I would receive said estimate the receptionist asked if I wanted to leave this guy a message. I told her no, I just wanted the cost/estimate. She, the receptionist then assumed that I didn't want an estimate and informed her supervisor that I didn't want an estimate so when I called back again the supervisor spoke with me then he came out to do an estimate. He said that it was definitely doable and it wasn't a big problem but then never gave me an estimate either. The supervisor that came out was much nicer than the first guy (who made it sound like it was going to cost me a million dollars and he was going to have to move heaven and Earth in order to do the panel upgrade) but the company overall fell short of my expectations as I never received any estimate at all.
