I just got a garage door installed by Childers and the entire experience was so positive! Used to be great!!! They sold me an uninsulated door did not educate me as to why I shouldn't have had that door installed called them to come adjust it. It hangs down ualf way after being open or at any point. I called and had them adjust it sort of once. The female ai spoke w fi after 3 calls she called me back seeming concerned about the 2nd half if the door being paid for 1st. Well I paid you in full Childer's I am very unhappy w my door and I wd like you to come fix it free of charge. I dont want to have to try and contact u. You guys were rude to me. I can remove this if you make it right. If not it stays up. $1400 paid. Door will not stay up.

My response to their response : mayne you should get your records straight. WRONG DOOR CHILDERS. Main door you tried to nail me on on cost is still perfectly fine. I'm talkjng about the door I paid you in full for the non motorized single bay door you guys never set right it keeps falling down on me & its a new door from you!!!!! Dont have my records. Wow

Love the new doors! Quiet, solid, brightened up the inside and look great from the outside! Really increased our curb appeal. Childers was great and really patient with us as we needed to reschedule the installation twice. The guys were terrific! Pleasant, professional and polite. All done in one easy day!

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night. Called Childers Saturday morning and they were able to come out and get the spring replaced same day. The repair person Kevin, was a very person. Thanks to Childers and Kevin for great service.

Your tech fixed my problem by adjusting the detection level at the motor and he also synced an additional remote to the garage door opener for me, for which I was really appreciative. The only thing I wish he had done, and which I forgot to ask him to do but was my original concern, was to look at the wiring near the floor sensors to see if they were an issue. There is exposed wiring there and I don't know if it is designed that way or if mice have chewed the wiring and there might be a possible fire hazard. The young man was very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. I really felt like I was in good hands.
