It is impossible to reach anyone here! Who even owns this business? No one answers the phone and there is no such thing as “business hours” and no option to leave a message. I moved out of my unit weeks ago in November and have called repeatedly, sent at least 3 emails and a message on the website explaining I was ending my service with them and my unit CC8 was empty. Never heard a word from anyone and sure enough the payment was taken out on Dec 1st. I am sitting in the parking lot now on Dec 2nd and it’s a ghost town. I’ve never seen anyone in the office. Is there an office? No name on the door. I need my money refunded asap. Please someone reach out to me. My next step is to reach out to authorities. This is terrible business ethics.

My only issue is that it's really hard to get someone to answer my calls to resolve late fees that we've accrued when my debit card got switched to a new one automatically from my bank. I never was notified about my automatic payment being declined until I was a month or two late and charged a dollar a day for late fees. A red lock has been put on my unit even though my regular monthly payment is still being taken out even though I can't get into the unit. I really wish I would have been given a courtousy call or text before getting all of these late charges.

Storage units were clean and easy to get to. I liked that a code is needed to open the get for added security. Recommend renting online because tried to call several times with no answer

It's an ok storage facility price wise HOWEVER I personally witnessed a homeless man break in while checking on my unit so it's not the most secure. This occurred back in March and it wasn't my unit, it was someone else's. So caution is needed if you plan on putting valuables there.

How do u get ahold of the people I’ve called emailed when on feet both doors were bolt locked I paid just don’t know the gate code .
