An absolute joke dealing with Chelco. They said I didn’t cancel my service when I have records that I did and the payment went to collections because I wasn’t notified of the payments. I contacted Chelco and they did nothing to help in this proccess. Avoid the headache and never choose this company

Went to this location to pay my bill and they tell me they’re on lunch. They sit around all day doing nothing but yet they couldn’t take a second and let me pay my bill. I guarantee when I left all they do is sit there and do nothing all they had to do was let me pay my bill and they can take a extra minute and add to their lunch.That makes a lot more sense instead of having Poor customer service.
