My overall experience at this dealer has been positive. I haven’t had any problems. Good customer service and very friendly. However, I took my vehicle yesterday to have an oil change and tire rotation. They recommended changing the filters which I agreed. The issue came when rotating the tires. They completely forgot to readjust the air pressure which I immediately felt. I felt a little vibration that was not normal. The warning light, and the red lights indicating that the tires were not inflated correctly came on. This is something that should never happen, so please be sure to doble check before you return the vehicle to its owners.

I’m retired military and on disability so I’m on a fixed income. I went several other places first and they kept trying to sell me the car they wanted me to have. So far, their Service Dept. has been a nightmare to try to deal with. You cannot get through on the phone with anyone. I tried chat, leaving messages, I even called Sales just so I could vent and try to get action. Ended up (supposedly) setting up an appointment online. Reasons listed were none of the reasons I need service. Will they schedule enough time? Who knows. I work in customers service, and folks, their system (or lack of) IS NOT the way to be doing this.
