So great to have a place to drop stuff the garbage wont take. Clean and organized. Folks are friendly and helpful. Only downside is its location. A little tricky getting in and out with the one way street but I am not complaining. At least we have it available in our town!

Dillon answered the phone and within minutes like maybe 2 minutes he had already answered my questions got me two new full sized recycling and trash units it was awesome and so hassle free.

I have been there a few times and no issues, but today I had an issue with a guy named Larry Jones. I was pleasant to him at the gate and he asked to see my id. So I gave him my id and he entered it into his tablet he was carrying, no problem. Then he told me which bay to go to and I said thank you very much for your service and try not to work too hard ( being pleasant again) then as I unloaded my trash he came up to me and asked for my id again.. I was frustrated that he didn't enter the information in correctly the first time. Why do you have to jump through so many hoops just to drop of garbage.

What am I paying my taxes for? I feel like I work for the city. Normal picks up at the curb. The hours at this place are anything but convenient. We joke that it's name should actually be the Bloomington Citizen Inconvenience Center!

Would be a hell of a lot more convenient if the hours were so awful. It would be way more convenient if you could just pickup the damn bulk trash at my curb, like the great town of Normal. Smh..

Was fine, except guy @ gate said we were out of staters,, but if you read or even glance @ our plates it's pretty clear it says Illinois, but okay I guess I'm not today! Lol
