We woke up this morning to NO water; absolutely nothing coming out of any of the faucets. I called Citrus Well Drilling & Pump repair at 7:40 am (which I assume is even before they open). My call was answered promptly and the owner (I assume) said he would have a technician out by 9:00 am. Keith arrived around 8:40 am and immediately figured out the pressure switch was bad, as was the pressure gauge. He got them both changed out and the water back on BY 9:00 am. He checked the other system components, just for good measure. He was such nice guy and just so professional and courteous. The price was beyond fair and reasonable. We'll call these guys any time we need service or repairs associated with our well. Thank you SO much for your speedy service and integrity!

Not once but twice we had to call after a freeze, no water. Both time they were out in record time. The last time was even a weekend. Highly recommend Citrus Well Drilling LLC for all your well issues. When we lost water pressure they were so reassuring and responded the same afternoon. Keith replaced the 30 year old tank and pressure switch in record time. Wow, so refreshing to get such fast friendly service on short notice. This company is a gem and we are thankful for them.

This company is great in treating their customers. I spoke with Allison informing her we didn't have any water the night before. She was able to get someone to come and look at our pressure tank. Our service tech was William, who was so professional and was able to fix our tank, gauge & switch all within an hour. Their price was reasonable too.

These guys are amazing ! More stars are needed ! I call them when my well pump stopped working. They Technicians were very professional on the phone. Very polite. They showed up on time. I was not on site. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and called me with my options in detail ! They had me up and running in a few hours. Excellent service ! No charge until work complete. Extremely good communication ! Very reasonable repair cost with warranty ! EXCELLENT !

Amazing experience. Lost water on Sunday evening, called Citrus Well at 8 am Monday. They came out same day, found out my control box needed replaced and had my water back on by 10 am. Very reasonably priced and honest!!! Will definitely recommend and use again for any future well issues.
