I have recycled my empty soda cases the same way for years and have not had a problem. So, when their camera takes a picture (ONE picture) of this item and other boxes, I am confused on why they did not pic up my bin due to "plastic bags" as I was told when I called. I pulled a couple of bags out from deep in the bin and we have been told by management that "Clear bags are okay". There is much more to this in our negative experiences with this organization. We will not participate in their program any longer.

Every week the driver in my East El Paso neighborhood seems like he’s in such a rush. He picks up the trash can and barley lets it empty before putting it back down, leaving trash in the bottom of the bin and on the road. This happens constantly down the entire street. Waste management needs to hold its employees accountable for such poor work. The thing is they see the trash on the ground that they dropped and keep driving off. This is absolutely ridiculous and is getting really aggravating having to go outside and pick up trash off the road side and not having a completely empty bin for the week.

They refused to reschedule the pickup of my trash despite having video evidence of what time it was put out. They are lazy and make up excused for not doing their jobs. Woman on the phone was very passive aggressive and not helpful.

They don't pick up recyclables if cans are bagged now. This was never an issue before nor were we notified rules changed .If they drop trash they don't pick it up.Trash service=trash.0 stars is more like it

I've notice literally every review on here is one star, you would think this would bring a change to the City of El Paso Environmental Services. I've consistently and still to this day made complaints about dead animals being left in the street. Nothing has been done about this situation. It's so disturbing to see these types of images where you live. Especially when you have children that have to see this in their community. When the hell is this going to be fixed ?

I know that they don't need reviews, but I just wanted to point out that they do excellent work. A really gnarly huge dip and wave of asphalt used to exist outside of my neighbors house and they came and fixed it perfectly. Great work.

I’ve called numerous times about my trash not being picked up, the initial call center employee puts in a ticket and no supervisor calls me back. If your house has a driveway and garage in the rear of a home your trash services should be picked up in the rear!!! Every other city is like that, why am I gonna drag my trash can down a set of stairs in the front of my home?!?! I guess you want a lawsuit!!! Especially when the next block up from my home gets their trash collected in the rear
