I was a City of Manassas customer for almost 20 years and always received excellent customer service. In all that time, we never lost power, I love that we only had one utility bill and the addition (a few years back) of the online system made it easy to make payments. We've recently moved to the PW County and have already lost power once.

Edit: it's nothing but issues with them. Assuming how much i want to pay when I come in and never asking me and then arguing not to change it because you "already filled out the paperwork" is not an excuse for laziness. Trying to commit fraud on my bank account is also not ok and when questioned changed the subject immediately. Talking about me while I'm still standing there thinking you're speaking soft enough isn't ok nor professional. City of manassas has really got to watch themselves because other parts of their gov have gotten in far more than enough trouble over the last 2 years and had to give loads of money back. And raising the prices of utilities by 3X the amount is ridiculous.

Original: Really wish there was an after 5pm service to get my electric back on after I paid the bill and not get told to call when customer service is open. I consider getting my AC on when its 98° outside with 67% humidity an emergency. I feel this complaint never gets heard so hopefully posting it here will help resolve this issue.

If I could I would choose novec or another company. This company is the worst and I hope in the future their business will be shut down. They couldn't help me out with canceling my schedule payment, even though I paid it with another card and any other company would cancel the schedule payment because it has been paid in full. No this company charge me a $50 fee.

Sending a HUGE Thank you to the city's street and public works department for their quick efficient response to my downed tree during Monday's storm. Donnie, Chris and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job clearing the sidewalk and road.

The customer service reps are rude and not knowledge and they communication there are not good!! I spoke to the supervisor by the name of Wivur and he can not hardly speak English and speak fast which makes it hard for anyone to understand him and Wivur seem to get upset when I did not understand him. How can you be a supervisor in America and have a lack of English👎..Public works these people need more training

For the last month now, I have to call and remind them recycle does not get pick up day that is supposed to, only excuse i ever heard was driver was newnothinf has changes till calling they need new management for sure.

No clue why people are giving this bad ratings. When I had to get services, I was in and out in 5 minutes. When I just had to cancel my services, I was finished in under 5 minutes again.
