Ignore 4star or lower ratings. our first week was awesome even with some hiccups because loosing key. Very secure 100% just drive by and see to believe very satisfied very helpful happy office the owner I could honestly say he has a vive that is so understandable every word says a lot he had me happy in less than 5minutes on the lost key even on a holiday. You can tell he is the man to talk to just don't lie on anything he knows and has records for your top security Peaceful has lights. Also tools to unlock your lock if lost key for less than 30even on labor day. They have a huge screen computer/machine in front for your security cameras on the lots. You can say it is clean secure friendly comfortable reliable with help quick at no cost or a very fare affordable small fee. Fresh wind no bugs etc. Perfect. Business owners just go give them a call and rent your little shop storage here

Kept our RV here for years. Safe. Secure. Friendly. INEXPENSIVE. Ez gate code access dirring business hours
My only comment is that the neighboring business create a lot of dust. Must keep RV sealed up tight, no open vents to let dust in.

I recently rented a 10' x 5' for one month, because I was under a Fire Evacuation Warning, for the Soberanes Fire...by the time I had things packed and ready to put in storage locker, the warning was lifted..I asked for a pro-rated refund, and Will Clark, the boss, said No...now he can rent it out and get double his money...the ladies that work there are nice, but the boss (Will Clark) is inconsiderate and obviously greedy..I would never, ever rent from there again...
