Well, I’m not one to usually write reviews like this but right off the bat it was a good experience. The people were friendly and helpful, but after having my vehicle for a little over a month when I got it back, it had some very loud clicking or knocking noises out of the same front passenger hub area that they replaced, I brought it back to them to check it out and fix. They gave it back to me and told me that it was just some little burr on the rotor or caliper and it was no big deal then proceeded to tell me I should take it to a shop and have the rotors turned , and that would solve the issue instead of just repairing or replacing it themselves. Fast-forward four months later I get a flat tire in the rear and when I brought it to a local shop, the rear end was A good deal out of alignment to wear it wore the inside half of both my rear tires . And not only am I having to have the rear aligned, but the front was out of alignment as well. This is a car that I drive probably twice a week so it took me some time to notice. After charging my insurance over $9000 do you think the issue would’ve been solved. Just sucks I trusted the shop to take care of everything under insurance coverage. And was sorely let down. Anybody that reads us take it or leave it just be wary of using them.

This place is hands down amazing. After getting hit, I was on the search for someone to fix my car. Every body shop that the insurance company listed was an hour or so away. My mechanic suggested that I call Jimmy’s. Boy am I glad I did. They took care of everything. All I had to do was drop off and pick up the car (as it was drivable to them, otherwise they would have towed it too) hands down the best experience I have ever had. They even check the diagnostics and detailed the car before I picked it up. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my military family ❤️☺️

I was referred to them by the Toyota dealership, so I assumed they must be reliable. Despite frame damage from a rear-end collision, issues with the airbag sensor, alignment, etc., they exceeded expectations. They maintained constant communication via calls and texts throughout the process and their honesty, patience, and pleasant staff made the experience exceptional. We brought our 2013 VW to Classic Collision for repair of a damaged underbody shield. Trevor, the Service Manager, was outstanding in assessing, and repairing, the damage. The front office folks were top notch as well. Highly Recommend this shop!
