They explained everything to me so I could make an informed decision and truly wanted to make me feel comfortable with the course of action. Mike is the best!! He went in to our apartment that had been in a fire and had horrible water damage and salvaged absolutely everything he could. Came home to find water in our bathroom, and two bedrooms from a leak from inside the wall on the outside of the house, We used Friend’s Plumbing to come out and fix it. They recommended Classic restoration & reconstruction in Palm Harbor for the clean up. . Called them, Mike and team came out and evaluated the situation . Gave us a quote. Jeremy was the main person we dealt with everyday . Jeremy was very professional every day that he came out ,he took his time and always took the time to explain what was going on and what was happening. He made sure we were aware of the situation in our bedrooms and bathroom everyday . They were out here for almost a week and a half because they wanted to make sure that the moisture and the areas that were really bad were dried completely before they were done. I really appreciate Jeremy taking his time and making sure that everything was dried completely, and like he said he wouldn’t feel right if it still hadn’t dry in the areas the way it should and they left before it was completely dried. I am very very happy with the service that we received with classic restoration and reconstruction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone that needs help with a water problem. Mike is a high quality, knowledgeable professional! My plumber recommended Mike and his team, as my bathroom and kitchen were flooded. They brought in all the equipment and set it up to save my bamboo flooring. Amazing, after four days, my floor was restored and isn't warped! Recently, I have had a structural leak and he came out quickly to determine the source of the leak and gave suggestions about how to remedy the situation. Mike came out within a few hours of me calling. Set up all of the equipment to dry out the damaged area. Helped me with getting the claim filed with the insurance. He was out every single day to check on the drying, always super friendly and encouraging and my dogs just loved seeing him!! He gave me great advice with dealing with the insurance company.
