Could not be happier with the performance of our new furnace and geothermal system from Clean Earth Geothermal! Jason and the rest of the staff walked us through all of the details regarding the design and installation. There were a couple of hiccups (with well drilling, not their issue) but Jason got it figured out without affecting our timeline. Anyone I contacted was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. They are now our first choice for any heating or cooling issues!

We are new to MN and have never had a Geothermal unit before. We were having some issues and another company came to help us. After three trips and nothing was fixed they referred me to Jason at Clean Earth Geothermal. He came to the house and was asking me questions about the unit... I knew little to nothing about it. I told him what the other company did and he began to dig in. He was very honest and straight forward about what the issues were and that it wasn't going to be cheep... for all that he did it was less than I expected. He make 4 trips to our house to resolve the issue and the results were fantastic. He had to basically rewire the entire system and order several electronic parts to get us up and running. He was very easy to communicate with and explained what he was doing and why. I highly recommend Clean Earth Geothermal for all of your geothermal needs. I could only give a 5 star rating, because there are only 5 stars. He deserves more and if the rest of the crew is as thorough as Jason you will be in great hands.

I called late in the afternoon with concerns about my geothermal unit not heating our home. Jason answered and quickly walked me through some troubleshooting steps. After gathering some additional information he drove out to our house and was diagnosing the issue 45 minutes after I first picked up the phone. He found the issue, had the part and supplies in his truck, and fixed the issue in less than an hour. This was a huge relief for me and my family as we are approaching a very cold MN week. We had a geothermal system installed, replacing our old LP furnace and AC unit. Everything about our interactions with Clean Earth Geothermal was timely, professional, and personable. Jason answered all our questions in a manner that was understandable for folks not in the field and the team doing install was respectful of our time and belongings - they were great actually and I appreciate their knowledge and skills. Our system install was, from our end, seamless. From drilling the loop field to the time frame in which we had final install to the electrician services - all was without a hitch. Shout out to Kramer Electric, btw, and their availability and familiarity with this whole process! We are extremely pleased with the service and product we received.

H&S came, look at my 24 year old geo thermo unit and gave me my options to repair it with a rough estimate or to replace it with a new more efficient model. I chose the latter, they came when they said they would, took the old unit for recycling and placed the new unit in about half of a day. The guys were knowledgeable, considerate, and respectful. I took the time to get a few estates and they came in well below the other guys. All and all I had a great experience with H&S and I would highly recommend them for any geo thermo job.

Jason helped my dad with his geothermal heating and air conditioning unit in Eden prairie. He was very thorough and worked fast and efficient with installation. My dad had a part that was faulty and Jason called the manufacturer and got the part replaced for free. He was prompt and excellent to have. We would recommend him to anyone with heating/air conditioning or geothermal needs.
