The leadership, teamwork, organizational skills, promptness, work ethics and caring mentality the demonstrated and exercised was extraordinary. Though my home flooding disaster the team soothed my mindset and ensured me my remaining personal property will be taken care of and packed with love. The team willingly packed my items and properly labeled each box, item and specific room they reside in. The tracking mechanism was very well organized and easy to locate and return to the specific location it was pack from. The communication regarding arrival time, lunch and next day return was coordinated prior to arrival. I thank you for your service and your heart. Job well down.

I had an excellent experience with Clear Restoration, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! After a water pipe broke in my basement, I was left with a big mess and a lot of stress. It was overwhelming, and I honestly wasn’t sure where to start. That’s when Alicia and her team stepped in, and they completely put my mind at ease.

Alicia, Kelvin, and Manuella were not only incredibly professional, but they were also so careful with my belongings and made sure nothing was damaged during the cleanup process. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and got to work immediately, tackling the mess efficiently and with complete confidence. It was clear that they were experienced and well-prepared—they were like a well-oiled machine!

The team communicated with me throughout the entire process, keeping me updated and ensuring I was informed every step of the way. I could tell they were truly dedicated to doing a high-quality job.

What really stood out to me was how much Alicia, Kelvin, and Manuella cared about getting it right. They were friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results. In the end, I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. The clear team helped me through my whole process after My sump pump failed and my basement flooded. Great service. Today I got all of my items returned and Juan Fernando morales was such a nice, patient and friendly supervisor. Thank you Fernando! And thank you clear team for the care and handling.
Also want to put a shout out to cody Meyer’s who oversaw the pack out / pack back. And his coworker April Hutchinson who worked hard to get everything covered by my insurance company. Additionally a shout out to Andy Vega who was so kind and helpful at the beginning making sure I was comfortable with the staff coming and going in my absence as well as coming personally to meet with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything went smoothly during the damage assessment process.
