Met Terra at the home show in prescott valley. She explained in detail how the drinking water and whole house water filter and purification system was different/superior from other systems. She came to our house, tested our hard water, and explained how everything would work at our home. She sold us on the kinetico system which does not use electricity to soften water.
Tracy came and did a excellent, clean and neat install of the drinking water system in the house and softener system in our garage. Very professional and pleasant to have here. He explained everything he was doing.
Although the system is expensive initially, we think it will pay for itself in the future. We are enjoying having clean water at home without having to buy bottled water.

New equipment seems to operating fine... only time will tell. The installer arrived on time and was was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. One minor problem with the installation was corrected as soon as I let Clearwater know. Would definitely use them again.

People were friendly. Work got done quickly. Results are great! Only negative is that it has taken a quite a while for them to fix it so that yard water isn't treated. Otherwise, very satisfied!
