I have had Climate Energy solutions .service my heating/air conditioning unit several times over the years and have always had great service. Today was no exception . I have a much older unit and it wasnt blowing cold air. I called the company and the technician Joel came out this afternoon. He took his time and tested everything possible. He detected a small leak and added refrigerant. The price was very fair for the time and work involved and I was relieved I wasn’t looking at more costly repairs or a replacement. Joel was knowledgeable and personable too!

Jeremy arrived within the time window I was given and was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced two filters with our MERV 14 filters and did a thorough check up of the outside air-conditioner. He told us everything was working perfectly and that they would contact us in the fall about our furnace check up. He offered to use the hose to rinse off the sides of the air-conditioning unit, although he said it really didn’t need it. I did not have him do it.

Jeremy ALWAYS does a great job when he comes out to do my twice a year service. He's both friendly and knowledgeable and explains how things work so I understand. Jeremy has also got a great work ethic and is rightfully proud of his job.

April 2025 - I'm a retired electrical contractor and new customer. Jeremy Neal was sent out to do tune up service on my AC unit and he was one on the finest technicians I have ever met. He did the system cleaning and testing and replaced a worn part quickly and skillfully. Climate Solutions is the right choice. We will have them out each spring and fall from now on!

Climate has done our solar project, and installed our new split system. We have continued to have our system maintained by them, and service tech Jeremy N. is great! Very personable and I really appreciated his initiative in putting on shoe covers before entering our home. Also quick and efficient! Highly recommend them!
