I had the pleasure of being the recipient of a high class service call from Joey and his team. Both Joey and his serviceman, (Kelly) I think his name is, were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My system was down for a few months and the original Solar company went out of business. I found Climatic Solar and from my first call to the office was very comforting and gave me hope. The issue was pinpointed in seconds and corrected. Solar companies don't have good names but Climatic Solar has given the industry hope.

This company is GREAT! From My very first contact with Joey and the office staff, it has been a great experience. They were prompt with answering any questions that I had, they were able to get to me right away. I needed a new gateway installed. The two technicians. They responded quickly to get my pump and Solar Heater up and running again after the tornadoes. Quick polite respectful. Kelly did a beautiful job getting everything running just right. Had a need to call the Climatic Solar office to discuss an ongoing issue with my previously installed solar system by a different sketchy outfit. Erik, the owner, got on the phone and spent quite some time going over my system issues. Together we figured out the issues and came up with a plan to see if my net metering improves over the next few months. The system has only been turned on for a few short months, but FPL had me installed in their "Budget Billing" and "Solar Together" programs, completely screwing up my actual meter readings and increasing my monthly bills.

Bottom line, Erik at Climatic Solar is great man and honestly cares about hss customers, even though he did not install my existing service. I appreciate his time and expertise in helping me understand the intricacies of solar to the layman.

I would highly recommend Climatic Solar to anyone in need of sales, service or maintenance on their soar systems.

Climatic Solar saved me from being powerless during Milton!
I almost didn’t answer the 8:30 p.m. phone call from Erik the night before the storm, figuring it was a courtesy call with a reminder to take precautions and be safe.
But I’m glad I answered it. Erik asked me if we had recently changed something with our internet. We HAD, and our backup batteries were not connected to the service b/c the passcode had changed. He sent a crew out the next morning and they changed codes and were on their way out in about 30 mins.
I can’t express enough my appreciation for that timely phone call. Having lived in Florida over 30 years, I know how miserable it is, living without power for (personally) up to three weeks. Thank you again, Erik and Climatic Solar. I was already very happy with your company, but you went above and beyond.

Climatic Solar just completed the installation of 78 panels on the roof of my home. The staff was highly professional and worked with me to understand how solar works, what my needs are (# of panels vs. electric use) and coordinate the installation with FPL.

The installers arrived timely, installed the panels very quickly and left me very happy with the quality of the panels and their installation.

Climatic has come out to our house multiple times over the years to service our pool solar panels and they always do the job properly, are kind and on time. Not sure what else you could ask for in a company.
