We had a wonderful experience. The hour foot massage covered the feet and body, fully clothed and under a blanket. It’s amazing how they hit all the hot spots where we needed some work even through all that fabric! We loved it and will be back next time we are in town. The setting isn’t fancy, but it is clean and you get a great service for the price!

For as long as you’ve have been open, we’ve always had wonderful experiences, but this time was not a good experience. We were late a few minutes due to traffic so we do understand the foot massage was rushed. In the past, we’ve always been moved to the other room for the massage and this time we were left in the same spot where we had our foot massage. Our clothes were left on and it is winter so I had a thick cashmere sweater and thick pants on, so how much of a massage could I really get? No oils were used and thank God for that because otherwise my clothes would’ve been ruined, but the massage was horrible. They placed a warm towel over our face that was preheated, but it wasn’t a real towel. It was something that almost looked like a dowel but was something you would wear at night to keep sleep with and keep the light out. You might get from a dollar store that was a paper cheap contraption. On numerous other visits we have received Delicious tea with floating with Jasmine in a big cup this time it was a small cup of water and a horrible cup tea in a very small paper Dixie Like cup. Everything has gone downhill. The price was still $170 after tip. Very disappointed. ☹️

I booked a massage for myself and my mom yesterday. I currently am partially handicapped and they were extremely accommodating and understanding of what I needed done. Cindy was professional and worked on the areas I needed most. She was great and I will definitely be booking with her again.
My mom had James, she said he was professional, understanding and courteous of her issues with her shoulder and he did a great job in working out the “boulders” (knots) in her shoulders.
We will definitely be returning.

Took my mom out for a 70th birthday mini vacation to Half Moon Bay. I asked her what she wanted to do, and she said the only thing she wanted to do is get a foot massage. The first thing I thought was yikes, I bet there are no ‘foot massage’ parlors here and I will have to spend and arm and a leg (possibly an ear) to do a massage at the Ritz. Lo and behold, I found this place.

Booking online was easy (have to create an account), and if you have 3+ people, as we did, you need to pay for one of the services up front, which was fine. I know how people cancel all the time, so they are just making sure they are paid for the time they reserved for your service.

The place is easy to find, and there is a standalone lot; parking is easy.

Upon entry, there is a small reception area, and we were greeted by a lovely young lady whose name I forgot…Samantha….Stephanie? Shout out to her as she was very friendly.

Our masseuses were Linda and Cindy (forgot the 3rd person’s name). All did a great job. BTW, this place is HUGE! We came on a Tuesday, but my guess is they get pretty booked on the weekends bc this place had like 4-5 rooms and 10+ beds in each room.

I liked that it was clean, staff was very nice and they all had hands of gold.

BTW – if you are not familiar with a ‘foot massage’ it’s actually a full body massage with your clothes on, in a communal room. If you prefer a real massage, they do offer it for a little more. Also, although they have a sign on how to tip, I tipped even more bc technically, I am basing my tip off what I WOULD’VE spent at an American spa. I tipped $25 for my 90-min massage which was $70 to begin with. Sure, that’s a high percentage, but given I prob would’ve paid $60 for tip at an American place, $25 didn’t sound bad at all. Was well worth every penny.

Would definitely come back here again.

I have not been to Cloud9 Half Moon Bay for a while. I was pleasantly surprised to see a few updates and upgrades. Best massage on the coast and at a reasonable price. I also recommend the hot stone addition.

Very Good massage. That was the first time at Cloud 9 and it would have been nice if she would have told me if I needed to be face down or up. I figured it out. Also, if she would have told me where to place my clothes and that I should walk out when I was done dressing at the end.

First time here and had a great experience here with my mom. It was recommended to me by a friend who goes regularly. Prices were excellent. No frills, clean, and really nice and professional staff. I had a deep tissue massage with Yoyo and my mom had a 30-min body with 30-min foot massage with Fred. Yoyo had a great touch and was very attentive. She also made sure to check in with me periodically. Fred was also excellent with my mom.

Check out Cloud 9 if you’re looking for an excellent massage in a lovely location. The beautiful drive down the coast to get there from the city was an added bonus! They also have cash specials on certain days of the week!

My wife and I just Had our foot and swedish massage combo and James and Jessie did an amazing job! Best Massage Ive ever had! And it was only 70 bucks!! For a 1hr 20 min massage.
