If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible customer service. We have been trying for months to get them to come fix our roof. We had several roofing companies tell us they installed our panels incorrectly. We had them come out twice and called too many times to count for them to come fix them. We have several leaks from the panels, black mold, fungus, dry rotted boards, etc. Do not use this company. They do not stand by their work. I cannot believe how horrible this experience has been. Some pictures to see what we are dealing with. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

Original installation was good and response to repair issues, even though taking a long time, was also good. However, I have tried to contact this company multiple times using multiple methods for over two months, and cannot get a response. I question if they are even still in business.

Overall experience has not been good. Communication has been spotty at best until recently and it turned nonexistent. I am not sure they are still in business. Find another company.

Tom C and crew are great folks. Installation went fast. They helped with the RECs auction which I would never have figured out on my own. They coached me thru reporting my RECs generated so I get credit. Highly recommend.
