Very nice cozy hotel, clean very comfortable.
Owners are very customer oriented always making sure that we are comfortable and if there was anything we needed.
Ross one of the owners and is the man he will get you whatever you need. Reasonable rates view of moral rock right outside your door.
I can't say enough about this hotel. Coffee maker in your room clean towels clean sheets plenty of pillows, we will definitely be frequenting this hotel within Morro Bay. 🙂

My wife Maja and I stayed here with our dogs while traveling up to the redwoods. The manager and his wife are amazing people and beyond accommodating. Would recommend to family and friends who needs a good safe place to stay.

Stayed here one night with my wife for the car show. Never again. Check in was straight forward and the workers seamed nice. We got the room closest to their office and it was disgusting. Live roach in the bathroom, smallest shower I’ve ever been in. Walls were paper thin and we could hear our obnoxious neighbor all night with their TV was extremely loud. The room smelled like they were trying to cover it up with some sort of minty must fragrance, but it smelled terible. Overall just a terrible stay, and we won’t back. Plenty of better hotels at competitive prices in the area.

Good size room. Paper thin walls, so you can definitely hear what your neighbor is watching on the tv. Micro table and chairs, good if your a little person, but not if your normal size. No furniture to put your stuff on so line it up against the walls. Doors were slamming, people yelling and arguing. Great way to ruin paradise. The floors creak more than a 50 year old casket opening so get an upstairs room. It was just meh overall and very obnoxious people. All in all don’t plan on getting much sleep here. It’s kind of run down but it’s price was not bad. Great location. I would stay here as long as the price is Low and you do not need it to be quiet. Id go west just a bit to the more modern Blufftop.

Very clean and spacious rooms. They are in the process apparently of remodeling rooms. They had recent management/ownership change and they are trying very hard to improve the property. Their prices are reasonable for this area so they are worth a try. The only negatives In have was the small shower but the water pressure was great.

No AC unit or fan in my room! Walls were paper thin! The mattresses were old spring type! All the doors were sticky and hard to shut! Only one light worked in my room! The mini fridge was super loud and leaking water all night! The description says within walking distance of the beach if your capable of walking a full mile cause that's about how far it really is. Paid $250 for a restless night, woke up hot and sticky and all my food had gone bad because the mini fridge was broken. This was not a good value or a pleasant experience. I would not recommend staying here and I will never be coming back again myself. Stay someplace else if you are wise.

Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There were several chairs in the room, plus a table and desk. It’s not fancy but it was comfortable for our three-day stay. Everything along the waterfront is within walking distance. There’s no breakfast but the Hungry Fisherman across the street has a good breakfast. The only negative thing was we found a previous guest’s underwear under the desk so maybe the person who vacuums could be a little more alert.
