Dan and Coastal Environmental were a great choice when I needed someone to evaluate a possible mold problem in my pantry. He came almost immediately, made a thorough inspection, and followed up quickly with a plan of action for the cleanup company to follow. When they finished, he was back to do a post examination to make sure everything was safe and good to use.

We were doing a house addition and remodeling. Water got in from the roof and from earlier HVAC condensation. Mold, some severe, was found.

For us Dan provided a remediation plan for mold in the kitchen with subsequent inspection of the work. At my request, he later did an air quality test with laboratory results for the whole house. ( We have family with severe allergies)

To prevent possible future issues, I asked him to go into the crawl space with me. He then provided written crawl space recommendations -and suggested an absolutely superb crawl space contractor who was reasonably priced compared with others.
A pleasure to work with, Dan goes the extra mile, and provides peace of mind.
