They jack up the price on your garbage pick up, then don't pick it up because you should have been born with the knowledge of how their ridiculous company is ran.
They picked up the garbage in a square (NOT BARREL) garbage can for two years then one day out of the blue decided that since the garbage can had no lid coverage, they would not pick it up anymore.
They think their customers are mind readers and should just know the lid should be covering the can. I could have just put it back on if that was the case. Customer service will blame the customer for EVERYTHING when you contact them.
