called them on 9/12/24 for waste not being picked up on 9/11/24. they stated i was on hold for non payment. so i paid it to a $0.00 balance on there website on 9/13/24. come today 9/18/24 my waste was not picked up again. i called they stated i made payment online to $0.00 balance there website on 9/13/24 and i did not call to tell them i paid balance. here it is on 9/18/24 and i am being told that my full dumpster is going to be emptied on 9/25/24 cause i didn't call and inform them that i made payment online. they want me to pay an extra $60 for them to come empty it this week. you telling me a company this big doesn't have a system that removed holds on accounts that are caught up and paid current?
