Update: After posting this review, I was contacted directly by Coldwell Solar's president, Sean, who assigned a team to work on our behalf to get the issues addressed. Coldwell has done an outstanding job of working through some very complex issues and has secured replacement solar panels and inverters that had failed within the warranty period. They've also been diligent in getting an installation team in to get the new parts installed before the long and productive sunny and hot season begins, and they've flown drones over our facility to pinpoint the failed components to ensure everything is working properly. I have, therefore, changed by earlier rating to a 5. Coldwell followed through, communicated clearly and frequently, and made good on our warranty protection. Thank you, Coldwell!

My company has had two solar installations done by Coldwell Solar. We've been having problems with our system in recent weeks. Coldwell's service people cannot tell us if the problem stems from our panels, inverters, or something else. Their solution? They want to fly a drone over our system to see if they can find hot spots that would help determine the problem. The catch? They want US to pay over $1500 to have this done. This is terrible service. In addition, they do not return phone calls to hear our appeal of this issue, which means I will be driving over 100 miles to their HQ to stand on someone's desk to finally get some attention. Not a great way to treat a two-time customer.

Coldwell Solar installed two array systems on our farms, one tracker and one fixed, both where installed very organized and professionally with excellent detail to overall appearance, they met all of our requests and exceeded our expectations, everyone there was great to work with, best part of the experience was when Jamie hand delivered our first solar credit check.
