I don’t ever make reviews but this was so concerning the way one of your employees named Eli engaged with me today when I asked about my meter. Never have I felt so disrespected. Really !! Do better Columbia PUD

Thank you Columbia River PUD. Your people are beyond amazing. You guys leve your homes and families to travel 135 miles to help restore power in our beautiful Mohawk Valley. We had deviating damage from the freezing ice storm that hit us. Down power poles, lines blown transformers. We had no power for a week until they arrived. Our utility company EPUD was overwhelmed with the damage done by this storm. The worst in 50 years. When Columbia River guys showed up to repair our lines and Trasformers on our street Goats 🐐 Road. My wife ran out to Greet them and thank them. Thank you CR PUD for your unselfish act to send a crew to a community in need. God bless you all. Jim & Julie Copley

PUD has been amazing to our family and our business. We've had service from them for 4 years and they continue to have amazing customer service. Not only are their employees amazing but they also give back to the community time and time again. I see there name on so many sponsorships around the Columbia County youth programs. Their motto should be "We strive for the bare minimum effort!"... Operations are clearly not interested in anything beyond absolute necessity. Unimpressed, but par for the course when it comes to a government agency...

These guys are the nicest. I’m a super busy mom and forgetting to pay me bill for months at a time. These guys take such good care of me and never just shut me off without ample warning. Every customer service rep including field reps are incredibly professional and nice. 10*

This ruthless company just called me and threatened to shut my power off in the middle of a pandemic, when I received no written notice, I pay every month, and oh yeah it’s Covid and people are struggling with bills, but this company doesn’t care! They are vicious blood suckers and should be forever ashamed of themselves!!!
