We are located in Jackson, TN and I came across CRI years ago to see if they would service this area and I was greeted in the most welcoming way and assured they had coverage and could easily service our account. I have been working with CRI now for years and have always had excellent service. Stephanie goes above and beyond to make sure we are taking care of with our cardboard and paper needs.
The response time is unmatched!

CRI is a easy going company. Sam and jay are great supervisors and give great advice when it comes to work or whenever I need a second opinion. Maura and the Dispatch team does a wonderful job organizing swapping trailer whenever they are full and their communication is quick and fast whenever they are needed. Overall it is a pleasure working with CRI and I would highly recommend the company. #DCW8
