This company didn’t activate my account for months, I kept calling them about it for weeks and weeks and they kept giving the same answer. They finally activated it and sent a huge bill for the months they didn’t bill and expect me to pay it immediately Horrible company

Had multiple unexplained total outages of my entire neighborhood over the last few months, now just today had two within hours of each other. No explanation, no discernible reason. Total blackout. Get it together guys.

The customer service is by far the worst. Not only was I on hold once for 30 minutes I was then put on hold by the first person to connect me to a different person who could actually help. That was over an hour hold. Then they take forever to get your info and problem fixed! Switching ASAP!!!
