Waited on hold for an hour and half and too afraid to hang up and start all over again, but they don't allow a call back time after you turn it down the first time. This has happened EVERY time I try calling. Does anyone even work here?

As i read through some of the other comments and see same stuff, occasionally you'll get someone that comments back on your review to fill out a form and someone will reach out, but then take that person and answer a phone then. I can't imagine there is really that many calls coming in at the same time to where no1 is available to answer. There is zero reason to be on hold for an hour. Get more staff, seriously!

Seriously!!! I've been on hold for hours, for days!! Goodness! Yes, i tried to fill out that form and it says will contact in 2-3 business days. And it has been 2 months since and i didn't get any call back or email. Please do better. Please don't waste our time.

Customer service seems to be non-existent. Won't recognize my account number on-line, so I can't make payment... Stuck on phone for just past 2 hours now... How is there a person getting paid to supervise this department? How is this type of disservice and treatment of your customers even legal?

Worst customer service imaginable, these guys will have you on hold for 2-3 hours straight and then give you some bs answering machine saying to call back tomorrow. I really wish there was a better energy company around cause these guys don’t care for their customers at all

Wouldn't give you any stars if I could. You suck as a company. Your lack of communication is top notch! It ALWAYS seems as though any time the power goes out to several people we are ALWAYS the last to be turned on!!! It would be nice to once be the first. Your linemen only takes a few minutes to hook up the line but takes hours to get it done. I understand some things are out of your control, but a quick note to those that are following outages like waiting on replacement poles, waiting on new transformers, etc. goes a long way in keeping your customers happy and patient during tough times.

I reside in Lansing Illinois. How is it that the houses in my area, is less than a 1/4 mile away or less, has had power for 2 days since the power outage. The building that I reside in is still without power and we are literally on the same block with the other houses.
This is the worse handling of the power outage, that I have ever seen. Normally you see Com Ed crews working 24-7. I don’t see nobody🧐.
Also with the way that the taxes have went up on houses and condos in the suburbs by more than 50% . This is ridiculous. We pay almost 75 % more in property taxes than Chicago and we have crappie services out here.

I have been on the phone multiple times for the last four days trying to get a hold of someone at customer service. I’m trying to turn on my electricity at my new home. It will not allow me to do it online, I am on the phone waiting for hours nobody ever answers and no one ever returns the call. But they would if they didn’t have any electric in their new home. Terrible service and the worst part is you can’t even really change providerd

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I waited on hold for over an hour on 3 separate occasions today. When they finally answer, apparently they can't hear me and hang up!! Im moving tomorrow and need to get service started..you would think a company would welcome business but what do I know?!
