This company is amazing! The owner and his son came out to give me an estimate. They were so friendly and warm. I couldn’t afford to much but he gave me a great deal and because my heater was a safety issue he got his guys to come out the next day to keep mom and I safe and warm.
Ryan G and Chris H came out early and installed my new system. They were funny and kind. They put down carpet covers and cleaned up. The work they did is amazing! Up and down attic stairs!!! I am very pleased with this company’s work ethic and product.

Great company! Very knowledgeable and honest! Came home to my house at 88°F and a blown fuse do to my dog shorting the low voltage wiring! Not only did they answer right away on a busy Labor day weekend, but he gave me instructions on how to fix it myself if I wanted to! Ac is now working and I will be keeping Comfort Control as my go to!

This review deals only with my sales experience and the installation team. First, let me say their sales representative Dan was extremely knowledgeable and educated me throughout my purchase process. My ultimate decision to purchase a Bosch Inverter Heat Pump was based on Dan's guidance and education on these systems. Before I met Dan, I had never heard of a Bosch Heat Pump.

The installation team made up of Bennett (Team Leader) and David were a little taken back when I invited them to sit down and go over my check list of what was to be covered during the installation. Once that was completed, I gave them a tour of the house and showed them where to old Trane HVAC was located on the roof. Three days later they had completed replacing all ductwork and installed the new Bosch Inverter Heat Pump on my roof. These country gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I enjoyed having them as my guests for the three days they were here.

If this Bosch System is as good as I've been convinced it should be, I will be back in the future to let you all know.

Needed help quickly when our AC failed before a long hot holiday weekend. Comfort control was able to come out and get it fixed for us right away, which we greatly appreciated.

About a month later, we had another problem with our AC unit, which was difficult to diagnose. They stuck with it and eventually called the experts to get it figured out and fixed.

I can’t express how great an experience this has been having solar installed. Every step of the way, great communication, customer service from Cherry in the office.
The crews communication, on time and attention to detail. Cecil, is the owner very knowledgeable and really cares about his customers.
Alan, is his electrician, he explained everything and got my system up and running, very professional. I would highly recommend Comfort Control for solar, heating, A/C they are truly above a beyond service.

I call this company on a Saturday. I was extremely hot. I have family in my house on hard meds. that are dangerous in the heat. They could die. The owner came down and fix me up in about an hour. Great man, work and company. I would use them again.
