Tim did a great job! He efficiently evaluated my furnace and diagnosed the problem. After talking through my options, I decided to replace the furnace since it was at its life expectancy. I worked with ComforTemp to install a replacement heat pump water heater at my house. I was thrilled with the knowledge and experience this company had with heat pumps, as some competitors were admittedly inexperienced with these units. Eric was quick to help and got me a detailed quote with exactly what I was looking for. Tim and Rob were the technicians who came out to the house to perform the work. The guys were awesome and extremely professional and provided a thorough and detailed install. They diligently got my old sediment filled unit out, ran new pipe, wrapped the pipes to match existing, ran new electrical, new pan, installed all the proper condensate pipes, and of course installed the new unit. I work in the HVAC and controls industry, and notice the details and these guys were excellent. I didn't have to ask for any tweaks or watch over the install, this was done perfectly and I was beyond satisfied. Great company to work with and I was very happy I gave them a call.

Hungry for money!! He did not fix mu furnace ( furnace is overheating) and charge me 350 . He left me with a heating cycle 55min , 10min rest and again 55 min heating cycle , told me its safe to run like this . Suggest me to clean the coli ( when its clean) or change the blower, total of $1164. I said" do it, if this will fix the problem but if not i will not pay" . He said " im nut sure if this will fix your problem ". Unbelievable!!

Update: Tim was just here to service my A/C unit under warranty (parts and labor). No one ever instructed me to clean the AC unit when they installed it and I guess I was just supposed to magically know this. After the unit went out yesterday and the service was scheduled for today, I did some googling and found out that it being dirty may cause it to stop working. I checked it and it was in-fact, dirty. I removed the covers and vacuumed the unit but it did not fix the issue. When Tim got here today I explained what I had found and that I cleaned it to help him diagnose the issue (more info is always good when diagnosing a problem). He fixed the issue and then promptly informed me that I had to pay $340 and the service was not covered under the warranty because the issue occurred because it "was dirty" - which he would not have even know if I had not told him.

I find this absurd that my good will and honesty in pointing out information I knew to help the tech caused me a $340 burden. No one ever explained to me that I was expected to keep that unit clean and honestly thought I might be voiding my warranty by removing the cover to clean it in the first place. Stuff like this should be explained very clearly, up front, when the equipment is installed.

Very unhappy with this company right now.

Edit #2 - Turns out that capacitors for this unit are about $20 retail and take about 10 minutes to replace with the most basic understanding of electronics. I have no clue why I was charged $340, warranty or not. Absolutely ridiculous.

Original Review: I had an dying system I wanted replaced. After getting an outrageous quote for average equipment from four seasons I called these guys. Eric came out the next day to do my quote. He provided me four options all of which were much cheaper and with better equipment and options. I'm having duct armor installed to my in-slab ducts and needed to get access to the plenum so Eric had a custom access box fabricated to install the new system on top of which gives me the needed access!

Install day was smooth. Tim, Brad and Marco all were great, on time, and very respectful to myself and my property. The workmanship of the install was top notch and all of my questions were answered.

I felt like I was in good hands throughout the quote and install. I highly recommend them!

I will say Brian has been awesome since day 1. He was so professional and helpful and responsive. I feel Ben and Tim did a great job on the installation and they explain how to use the system and they was quick with the installment. I definitely recommend this company and team!!
