STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! Everyone gives you the runaround and never return calls. They will give you a good price and then lie and claim that it weight more than it actually did. I was told they would email me a quote. Never received one. I never signed paperwork, they never gave me a bar code to track the container. They wanted to charge for 5 more tons to my invoice (which to this day I have not received) and increase their profits. I called them and asked for proof and the owner yelled at me and said he was going to charge me $150.00 to do a "forensic investigation" so that he can provide the proof (the actual weight of the container I rented). THIS COMPANY LACKS HONESTY AND INTEGRITY!!! I had to hire another company to pick up the roofing materials that this company did not pick up and I still have 2 tons of roofing material in my back yard. I have pictures to proof they did not pick up the roofing material they should have taken from my home.

In order to write review, you have to pick a star, despite the fact this company, Commercial Waste Services, deserves ZERO STARS!! This is the absolute worst company ever. How they have remained in business is beyond me. They do not pick up trash as scheduled, they go weeks without collecting the garbage, they deliver wrong size container, but want to charge for larger one. They are rude, unprofessional, lack the concept of customer service and cop bad attitudes, even though they are at fault. This starts at the top, so it’s no surprise the employees follow suit. They lie, repeatedly and make promises they can’t, or don’t want to keep. I have had nothing but problems with Commercial Waste Services, for the last 5 months since they took over collecting garbage for the city of Maywood. DO NOT HIRE COMMERCIAL WASTE SERVICES, THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!

Not sure what all the fuss is about in the reviews below. The new contractor in our city (Hawaiian Gardens) has us on schedule. Everything has been picked up on time without any lapse in service. They been providing service to our residential area for about a year. Much props.

Last year in September of 2018 the city of Maywood transferred it's services to Commercial Waste Services. Since, I am getting charged for 4 96 Allon MSW bins. I called Commercial Waste to correct this error because I only have 3 - 96 allon MSW bins. Has this error been corrected since September 2018? NO!!! I've called multiple times and they keep transferring me to an Angela. Commercial Waste Services, Lets get it together!!!

Be careful with this company! No on answer the phone, they are using answering service. Big red flag, customers still being bill for services and service was never rendered. City of Maywood terminated their contract in Nov. 2019

Called 40 times to try to set up pick up for furniture, they never answer or says busy. Finally they tell us a day, we take it out, they don’t pick up 3 days in a row now, city of Maywood code enforcement trying to give us a ticket for their lack of professionalism.

This company has THE WORST SERVICE in the universe. My bin is not picked up 6 days after the scheduled day, even after more than 10 phone calls of request. They give all bunch of excuses and never keep their promises and very rude. Also even blames their own people(Drivers). They deserve 0 star. WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST WORST!!!!

this company is the worst company ever, they were collecting my payment and not once did they pick up my trash in Maywood, i've been trying to get a hold of somebody the voice mail for "angela" picks up and nobocy has called me back.
