I emailed Commonwealth Environmental Associates, after getting a high result from a radon test. Ryan responded quickly, done research on the home before making a suggestion. His suggestions seemed truly to be for our benefit and when he came out to do the work, he made sure things were out of the way, and took extra time to make sure that the pipe outside was “tucked away” and not an eye sore. If you need radon mitigation, I can’t recommend them enough!

I had been referred to by another company that had phenomenal ratings. However. All I asked for was a specific area to be tested for specific reasons. I was given the impression that the area I specifically needed was going to be tested and as well air samples of other areas. Well, that's not what we got. We got air samples and only a "walk through" assessment of the area I needed tested. All I'm asking for is to get the area I initially needed done tested a final time and they want to give me another estimate? Really, how about test the area I needed done in the first place Adding insult to injury, I was told "I'm sorry you don't understand how this works" all I am asking is to have the final testing done, since the initial testing I specifically asked for wasn't done. Nothing more... yet, because I'm the uneducated one in the field I should be penalized or lack of better words taken advantage of? I just want the issue rectified.
