For the past 2 weeks I kept getting told to come the next day. It says on the door they take walk ins from 1-2. The door lies. If you take walk ins leave the door unlocked.
It was hot. I couldn’t leave my mother in the car & they wouldn’t let us in the building. At 1:20pm on Tuesday. They said they didn’t have funding to help her get her lights back on but she couldn’t come in cause the lobby was full. You can’t make an appointment on the internet. Nobody answers the phones. They ain’t trying to help nobody for real. I was very appalled at the way not only me but my mother was treated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

The people there are amazing. I was treated with respect and love! They go out of their way to make sure you receive help!! They didn’t make me feel guilty for asking for help….they treat you like a human. They are a blessing.

It says they are open from 8am-12pm. Change the time if you're not going to be open on a Friday. Which is inconvience for me.
