Dr. Sexton is wonderful. I’ve been seeing him for the past year and am very pleased with my treatment. It’s so great to have a doctor who listens and takes the time to work with you. I found Dr. Sexton and his staff at Compass Health Clinic a little more than almost 2 years ago when I got "stuck" in a bad health pattern and was not finding what I needed to get back to health. My experience with Dr. Sexton has been very positive. Probably one of the most important things for me is I had a frozen shoulder for eleven years after a surgery. In just a few sessions, with minimal discomfort, he was able to correct it.

Dr. Sexton has also helped me improve my diet by identifying food sensitivities and intolerances that has improved my overall health and well being.

Dr. Sexton is a good listener and he's well informed about diet and supplements that work for specific issues. His acupuncture treatments are great and combined with diet modifications helped with inflammation I was having in my feet and joints. He's always timely, I've never had to wait more than a minute or two. It's really convenient that Sunshine Herbs is right next door to the office.

I had been dealing with knee pain and swelling for 6 years. It was an injury from falling down some stairs; x-rays were normal, so not much doctors could do. After 2 acupuncture sessions with Dr. Sexton the swelling and pain were gone!

Dr. Sexton also did my food intolerance testing, and after avoiding my food sensitivities most of my perimenopause symptoms have improved and my total cholesterol has decreased.

As if the health benefits weren't enough, the extra bonus of Compass Health Clinic is the staff. Dr. Sexton is kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Kristin and Stephanie are always welcoming and helpful. I love my visits!
