I had an issue creating a new Apple ID for myself as my wife and I had been sharing a single ID. Compto is listed as an Apple authorized service Ed so I thought I’d try them to avoid the Genius Bar.

The gentleman who tried to assist was parent and courteous however their establishment is more targeted for equipment repair. To his credit, he admitted such.

So I’ll give Compco a 4 die to their pleasantness and wanting to help and a 3 for actually helping.

Was made a reservation through apple for this store. My Macbook was not charging and I had just gotten it back from apple for another reason. Reuben was very helpful and kept me up to date on when the part would arrive and had it ready within a couple days. So easy. Will definitely book my apple service through them again. Thank you!

I had a 21.5 inch iMac that was running extremely slow. CompCo Newtown did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem, providing me with various options with pricing details and working on fixing the issue. They were very professional in the work, and I will highly recommend their services for any technology issues.

Fast service at a reasonable price! Was able to get an appointment the same day and pick up my MacBook the next day. Saved me $$ from buying a new laptop. Will definitely go back and recommend them over going to the Apple Store for repairs.

Had a display issue on my MacBook Air that is less than a year old. While it turned out there was no quick fix I found the staff at the Newtown Compco USA to be incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. They continually updated me on status and did all they could to move things along as quickly as possible. I would absolutely recommend this service provider to anyone in the area!

wow, what a beautiful store. pat was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. Perfect place to pick up your new Apple products for school or if you need a quick fix and repair on site and available. All the prices are very, very comparable. Easy location and plenty of parking. Located in the villages of Lexington Gardehas plenty of parking. Located I highly recommend this place especially for your school shopping for all your computer needs.

My 2019 Macbook went on the fritz and Apple booked an appointment for me with Compco. Worked with Reuben who was great, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to update me on what was going on in a few hours. Rate was reasonably priced. We discussed options, he was helpful in offering replacement options. They sell refurbished machines which is great. Did pick up a hub port. Highly recommended, if you need accessories or some repair work.

Very efficient and super helpful, and repaired everything on site for a home visit repair! Apple set it up but Compco and Ruben the AASP authorized Apple service provider was so courteous and super quick and efficient! I highly recommend Compco for repair services for technology!
