This is the worst company ever. For a month I have been calling and emailing them that my solar is not working. I have got nothing or I get transferred and goes right to voicemail. Update. My solar still does not work correctly. Missing equipment. When I finally get a hold of someone they transferred me to a line that hangs up. All the numbers I had for them do not work or get voicemail for a full box. I have reached out to my lawyer who will be filling a lawsuit. I paid in full and my system does not even work correctly. I am also filing a claim with BBB.

Worst company I’ve ever delt with. I purchased a new home and had to use this company. I’ve had nothing but problems with my solar product. Every time I attempt to call to get a technician they state I’ve called the wrong team. Then I’ll need to wait on hold for another hour + to talk to some one just to get transferred again. Nothing but problems and I do not recommend. Once I finally did get a technician scheduled they no called no showed after I had to take vacation off work to be available for the day. If you are interested in solar. Just go with another company.

Once you buy or lease the panels you find out you will still have a PG&E bill because the panels only work for daytime use so anything you run at night during the winter goes to your PG&E bill. Also if you call the company after your purchase for any reason they will not answer the phone, they just play a mocking song about being stuck on hold all day. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

This company has been completely awful. We signed a contract and were supposed to have the system set up some time ago. We have left many voicemails and sent many emails to activation but never get any response. The company's completely ignoring us is to the point where we are filing a lawsuit against it. What a nightmare it is trying to deal with this company. Avoid it at all costs.

Give them one star because they don't response to your email or return your phone call. The green led on inverter has been blinking for 3 weeks. I emailed them 3 weeks ago and left a voice message 2 weeks. Each time I called them, it goes to voice mail.
No call back. No reply. Not generate electricity.

I gave one star because zero is not an option. My stucco has been missing since October 2022. I signed contracts 2 years ago. They are still not done. They send workers out on a Sunday, but the company is not open. Today, they shut off my power for 2 hours. I was not informed. Now my refrigerator isn't working. I have no way to contact them. Their voice-mail is full. Avoid this company at all cost!

Avoid this company! They promised and signed us up for off-grid self-reliance, destroyed our roof putting up 50+ panels and two years later, we are still not connected to PGE and they are saying it’s our responsibility to pay $20,000 for a PGE transformer upgrade.

DO NOT use this company. We had issues with our electric bill which caused confusion during the assessment. Once this was straightened out, I advised the company(no complete solar, was sunpower) and no they want me to pay them 4k. Going solar is supposed to be cost effective, however if you don't go they change you an erroneous amounts of money just for them not to install solar panels. This is poor business practice adm I urge anyone thinking of going solar, please look elsewhere as this company is no good.
