Beyond happy with their work! Went in to have a leaky coolant pipe fixed. Not only did they fix my problem but they cleaned my computer pretty throughly. I will definitely be going back here in the future.

My wife's phone got fixed without any problems. I brought in a fully functioning phone for a screen replacement and got back a broken phone with no apology, no refund, and no response. Be ware that if you bring in a phone it may not get fixed so back everything up and remove your sim and sd cards. They should tell you this.

After replacing a phone that had drowned and fried the screen, we were now having trouble getting 300+ contacts downloaded to the new phone from the Google cloud. Went to CEG with both phones hoping to pull some data or contacts from the black screen phone. No luck. Before leaving I mentioned that I was having trouble with my Google acct #. The tech then took the new phone and looked into its settings. BINGO! He found 2 Google acct #'s and one of them had all the contacts! He said all fixed and no charge. Didn't catch his name but know where to go with future problems.

Phone broke while on vaca (battery). I tried one of the services that “come to you”. Felt like a bad date-they never showed. I found CEG in Napa. Stopped in at 5:30 (30 min before closing). They were pleasant, accommodating, and fast. Out in 20 min with phone as good as new. More convenient than waiting for a date that never shows ;).
