I took our church computer in for a diagnosis since the battery drains quickly and without even looking at the laptop I was told it would be $100 to replace the battery. I asked, "Aren't you going to check it?" Reply, "From what you are saying..." Why not check it to see if it is the battery or something else? This is not a customer-friendly place.

I brought my Macbook Pro to this store. They really could not find the problem for awhile, kept changing parts, never reached out for any updates, I had to keep calling. They kept the computer for a few weeks. The computer came back full of dents and marks, the screen that was changed has glares that won't go away.

They basically ruined a Macbook Pro. I would not recommend fixing a computer there.

They told me I could wait on the upgrade over the phone but when I came they said they'd have to keep it overnight. Not happy about that. My laptop also got dirty and some paint scraped off when I got it back. But the price was really great. Some dirt and scrapes I can live with. Some may not. The wait and the condition of my laptop on return is the only thing keeping it from the 5th star.
