Connect Solar was great all the way through. Highly recommended. Quick response and quality install. Juan and his partner Nathan were very communicative and even installed the equipment exactly how I had requested. With my experience as a general contractor, i was extremely impressed with their attention to detail and super clean install. I never thought solar could look so good but Juan and Nathan handled it. Much appreciated.

When we first started looking at getting solar for our new home it was our natural inclination to go towards the big companies. We reached out to Sunrun, SunPower, Sunnova and Tesla. They all failed to communicate and kept me chasing them. I was referred to Connect Solar from a friend, but I was still hesitant because I had never heard of this company. I did some research and decided to meet with Neil. Neil was very informative and helpful without being pushy. Throughout the entire process Neil kept communication with me and answered the phone or replied to my texts immediately. Their warranty is excellent, their product is fantastic and their service is next level. I am very happy that we decided on going solar with Connect Solar. Highly recommend! Thank you!

Better than Sunrun!! when I decided I was finally going to get solar…the next day, Sunrun started installing solar at my neighbors house. I researched and received bids from 5 companies, including Sunrun from Costco, which took approximately a month. I finally decided to go with Connect Solar because they used quality solar equipment, they were local, the warranty was the same as all the National companies and they were about 40K less than Sunrun and at least 10K cheaper than the rest. I signed my contract and the next week they began installing. The last day of my installation, Sunrun was at my neighbors house still working on their system over a month after starting. Tonight I received the email from PG&E that I’m connected!! The entire process from signing to install to being connected to PG&E was less than a month:). They were also able to install extra outlets around my house for Christmas lights and put a power switch for my string lights and soon to install patio ceiling fans. Connect Solar was the best decision!!!

I am usually not one to leave reviews but I just had to leave one for this company.
If you are looking for great above than beyond customer service, fast/clean installation with an amazing price you HAVE to go with Connect Solar. Not even joking or lying! This company surpassed my expectations and I am a very picky customer. Jorge was amazing in helping us get our solar and figuring out how many panels we needed as well as explaining to us all about how everything works and generates. They do it all too. They can do a structural patio and install the solar on it!!! I am beyond Happy with our experience and choice of going with this company!
